環件自動鍛造生產線構成︰搬運原材料的裝取料機、用于開坯的油壓機、坯料搬運及定位的機械手、進行環件軋制的數控徑軸向輾環機、環件搬出的機械手、對環件翹曲進行矯正的矯正壓機等。本生產線各單機之間能夠實現聯動操作控制，坯料環件可自動進行輸送、搬運、定位軋制、在線檢測，實現了環件鍛造過程自動化。本生產線能與工廠的管理層進行聯網，顯示終端能對生產線的運行狀態進行監控，若監控員監控到故障能通過網絡通知現場的維護人員及時進行維護。
